1. PSYCHOMETRIC
Transformology consists of a few phases. The first phase, the theoretical phase, contains an online psychology test (OPT). Participants receive questions about the transformation field (for example, driving more safely). The OPT tests the self-knowledge of the participant. In this phase there will be no contact between the participant and the trainer.
2. PRE-ASSESSMENT
After the OPT a pre-assessment will take place in a face-to-face conversation. This conversation is needed to evaluate the participant and see his/her behavior in practice.
3. TRAINING SESSIONS
After the Pre-assessment the training sessions will start.
4. POST-ASSESSMENT
After the training sessions the participant and trainer evaluate the transformative journey from beginning till end in a post-assessment session. After this face-to-face post-assessment, the trainer will classify the participant, to see if and how his behavior has changed. The 'Transforming Tool' is useful in all four stages. It gives the trainer a systematic description of the participant, his/her behavior and the transformation of this behavior.
5. REPORTING
The participant will receive a report about the development of his/her behavior.
